Hiring managers are responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, supported by the Recruitment Service.
The Recruitment Service provides advice, guidance and administrative support throughout the recruitment process, helping managers to recruit safely, fairly and effectively and in line with employment legislation, NHS Scotland requirements and good recruitment practice.
